Rouse Homes is a property developer known for creating high-quality homes across Yorkshire. For their latest development, Paddock Gardens in Thirsk, they required both photography and film content to showcase the site. The goal was to capture the character of the development, highlight the design and craftsmanship of the homes, and provide marketing-ready visuals for use across web, social media, and sales materials.
OUR APPROACH
We combined architectural photography with cinematic video to present the development at its best. Drone footage gave scale and context to the site, while detailed ground-level shots highlighted finishes, layouts, and the lifestyle appeal of the homes. By blending wide establishing visuals with intimate interior details, we created a suite of content that communicates both the scale of the development and the quality of individual properties. The final assets gave Rouse Homes a versatile content package to attract potential buyers and strengthen their brand presence.
